Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nexora by GlobalNexPay. Nexora is operated by NEXPAY GLOBAL LLC as part of GlobalNexPay. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review every generated or scheduled result before relying on it.

Product identity: Nexora by GlobalNexPay is a product of GlobalNexPay, operated by NEXPAY GLOBAL LLC. The final Nexora product domain is pending registration and will replace the temporary product-domain reference before public launch.

1. The service

Nexora provides tools for creating, adapting, reviewing, saving, exporting, and, where an official connection is configured and enabled, scheduling or publishing content. Features vary by plan, platform, account status, and provider availability. A platform shown in the interface is not necessarily an active publishing connection.

2. Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login details, and notify us of unauthorised access. You may connect only accounts, pages, sites, and media that you own or are authorised to manage. If you operate Nexora for a client, you are responsible for having that client’s permission.

3. Generated content

AI-generated text, keywords, media suggestions, translations, and adaptations are drafts and assistance, not a guarantee of accuracy, originality, ranking, reach, approval, or legal compliance. You must review claims, quotations, health or financial statements, language, links, hashtags, images, videos, and platform-specific requirements before publishing.

Keywords suggested by Nexora are not guaranteed search-volume or ranking data unless the interface specifically identifies an authorised external keyword-data source. Do not use generated content to impersonate, harass, defraud, spam, or mislead.

4. Publishing and external platforms

Manual export requires you to publish on the destination platform yourself. Direct publishing, where available, depends on official credentials, scopes, platform review, token validity, media requirements, and the destination platform’s policies. Nexora is not responsible for a platform rejection, account restriction, rate limit, outage, or policy decision.

5. Your content and licences

You retain responsibility for the content, trademarks, personal data, and media that you submit or select. You grant Nexora the limited rights needed to process that material to provide the service. You must review the licence and attribution requirements of stock-media providers before use.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Nexora to violate law or platform terms, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, process unlawful personal data, create deceptive spam, evade account restrictions, automate abusive activity, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

7. Plans and limits

Free and paid plans may include limits for generations, searches, storage, profiles, platforms, drafts, and other resources. Limits are enforced by the service and may change with notice. We do not promise views, likes, followers, engagement, revenue, search rankings, or any particular business result.

8. Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed, paused, or marked Coming Soon. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Before launch, the final Nexora product domain and any required legal entity details will replace temporary references on this page.
